This is the cake I made to top last years Nemo cake lol I got the idea for it online. I had my cousin buy the figurines at Disneyland and send 'em to me. Everything else is fondant, including the letters and fencing around the bottom tier.

I made this card for my baby just so it would match the theme of the party. Woody is a Jolee's sticker. I used the font in Wild Card for the lettering and Celebrations for the 2.

Ok, so I decided for my bday I wanted a topsy turvy cake....LOL, I totally screwed up and cut off too much from the bottom layer AND I didn't use anything to support the top 2 tiers. Well I definitely learned my lesson. Flaws and all, I loved my cake. It screamed DIANA :) or Tulip Princess, which ever you prefer. I didn't make the name, but I helped lol I can't wait to move back home so I can make cakes for my friends and family!!!

This is the most recent wordbook I made. It was a farewell gift to a friend that moved away. I used Alphalicious and SYI for the palm trees and turtle and jazzed 'em up with stickles.
I had to make a wordbook worthy of the Nemo theme that surrounds my son (did I tell you guys his name means "lover of the sea" ?, total coincidence) I think this book is so cute. I can't wait til he's old enough to appreciate it, which I hope he will!!!

This was the first cake I ever decorated using fondant. Everything except the candle and the little turtle is edible. It took me about 8 hours to make all the embellishments and put them on the cake. I was sad to cut into it lol... I knew I was going to have my work cut out for me trying to top this on his second birthday!!!!

This is what I looked like when I painted this room with the help of my cousin Meli.... I ended up giving birth about 2 or 3 days later to a 10lb 9oz baby boy lol.

I stenciled the bubbles... my thighs have never been so sore from all the standing and sitting on the floor. I also learned how to use a sewing machine just enough to make the Nemo liners for all the baskets on the changing table......

and the hamper...and bumpers around the crib.......

and the curtains :) lol This baby definitely got my creativity flowing.

We had a secret santa gift exchange last Christmas. I ended up picking someone I hardly knew at the time, but I figured this would be something anyone with a family would love. I was really proud of how this came out, I almost wanted to keep it for myself!!! lol I used Opposites Attract and Calligraphy Collection for the swirls and heart. At the time all of our husbands were deployed to Iraq. I think we ALL got misty eyed when she opened it :)

This one was for my niece. I didn't want to use "baby" colors so I had this paper pack from Walmart and thought it would look cute. I used Opposites Attract for the letters. She really liked it, I'm looking forward to seeing it with pictures in it when we go visit in a few weeks.

From the very first time I set eyes on wordbooks I fell in LOVE!!! I knew it was something I had to learn how to make. But being the person that I am, I didn't want the first one I made to be like everyone elses. So I came up with this! I was so happy with the way it turned out that I decided to enter it to for the spotlight in the Cricut Newsletter and I WON!!!!! This was back in
February. I made it as a present for my cousin and her bf. The second to last pic are "stickers" I made. I used my zig pen, let the glue dry then put them down on waxed paper. The cuts were so small I thought it would be easier if they were pre-stickied lol

I made this one for my little brother. I used Wild Card for the card and phrase and Mickey Font (it might've been Mickey and Friends) for the the Mickey outline.
This was my first and only attemp so far on the very awesome "joy fold" card. I really like this fold and who better to try it out on than my friend Jenn :) I used Calligraphy Collection for the phrase and the 26. I had a lot of fun making this card, but maybe that was because of who it was for!!! She got a Xyron to go along with the card :)

My Friend Jenn introduced me to my FAVORITE dessert, Pumpkin Roll. I don't think it will ever be missing from my Thanksgiving table from now on. She made it for me a few times until I finally asked her to teach me how to make it (then she wouldn't have to know how often I eat it! lol) So I made this card for her, I thought it went PERFECT for the occasion! The font is Alphalicious and I used the Martha Stewart glitters with my swirly stamps.

The idea for these cards came from my friend Jenn. She made one for her mom, and I LOVED it!!! They were both made with Plantin SchoolBook and Design Studio.

I decorate these totes for my mom. She absolutely LOVES them! She lives in California and we're in South Carolina so she likes being able to carry her grankids around wherever she goes. I used Alphalicious and iron on paper for the names :) super simple!
